A Strategy for the Future
The brand architecture streamlines Zia Tile's expansive offering through material logic — type, color, shape, and use. Language principles balance precision and warmth, making complexity legible for both expert and first-time audiences.
Giving Language to an Ancient Craft
The tagline — "A modern home for an ancient art" — positions Zia Tile as both steward and innovator. A flexible copy framework scales from high-level brand storytelling to practical product guidance, explaining material processes, origins, and use without sounding academic or ornamental.
A Unified Brand Design
The visual system balances architectural precision with expressive variation. Modular identity elements — icons, stamps, and marks — codify tile types, origins, and applications, holding hundreds of products within a single recognizable brand world.
Product Architecture & PDP Structure
On web, we restructured products around color and type first, then size and shape, aligning with how customers shop for tile. PDPs consolidate all variations into a single view, with clear hierarchies, thumbnails, and cross-linking, balancing easy sample ordering with transparent purchase calculations.
Discovery-Driven Navigation
We introduced a navigation system that enables browsing by tile type, color, shape, size, and room application. Illustrated category pages and explanatory content help demystify unfamiliar materials and support intuitive discovery.
Multi-User & Trade Experience
The site supports both retail and trade users through differentiated account experiences. Trade pricing and tools are integrated throughout, while project saving, quoting, and order alerts ensure clarity across the purchasing journey.
