Merijn Hos

Merijn Hos is an Artist, Illustrator and occasional Art Director based in Utrecht, The Netherlands. There is a fine line between Merijn’s commercial and personal work which are both in constant evolution, developing in parallel with one another. Recurring themes in his work include melancholy and a longing for the past, combined with a great curiosity about the future. These themes are also reflected in his use of materials, combining analog and digital techniques. Merijn has participated in numerous group shows and has had solo exhibitions around the world. His as yet unrealized artistic dream is to design a hot air balloon.
